This is a bit of a strange situation that happens with Awesome Miner. After a system restart, sometimes not all of your GPUs will be recognized, and yet in device manager, they’ll be listed. It’s just AwesomeMiner that doesn’t recognize them.

The simple solution is to restart your computer from within AwesomeMiner. It’s strange, but it works!
